Where are the dresses designed?

All of our dresses are proudly designed in our sunny Australian studio! Because we’re based in a tropical climate, we know how important it is for a dress to be comfortable in any type of weather. For that reason, we consciously design our pieces to be lightweight so that your dress feels comfortable no matter the season of your special event!

 

What sizes do you offer?

We believe that everyone should be able to wear their dream dress, no matter their shape or size. We are proud that most of our gowns can be ordered from AU size 4-30 with extra length available. If you fall outside of these sizes, please contact your local stockist as we may still be able to specially create your dress.

To find your best size, we suggest having your measurements professionally taken and compared to our size chart. Please note, our designs are made to our standard size chart, and you may still require alterations for a perfect fit.

Where can I purchase Tania Olsen Designs?

Our pieces are stocked in over 200 authorized retailers worldwide. Each of our retailers carry their own curated ranges of our Bridal, Bridesmaids and Formalwear, so we recommend utilising our boutique finder to contact your local stockist. We do not sell direct to customers through our own website, however a small range of last season styles can be found on The Iconic.

If you find a store stocking our label, and it’s not on our authorized retailers list, please contact us and we will happily verify if they stock our genuine designs.

What is the price range of your garments?

We believe in offering gowns at an accessible price point across all of our Bridal, Bridesmaid and Formal collections. Please contact your nearest stockist for all pricing information, as rush orders and special requirements incur additional charges.

How long does it take to order a Tania Olsen dress?

Our lead times vary between each collection. If it’s not already in stock, Bridesmaid and Formal dresses normally have an ETA of 14-16 weeks, while our bridal styles typically take 16-18 weeks on a standard service. Please contact your local stockist for more information on ordering periods.

COVID-19: While we are not facing any delays due to COVID-19, please ensure that you plan ahead as much as possible over the coming months. if you have an event coming up, we suggest ordering ASAP to avoid disappointment.

What are the benefits of back-ordering my Bridesmaids dresses?

We recommend placing a back-order on Bridesmaids dresses to ensure that the dye lot is the same across all pieces.

If your bridesmaids are choosing different style dresses/fabrics in the same colour, dye-lot variations can occur. The difference will not be drastic, however dye lots can vary up to 5% between different batches, so fabric swatches should be used a guide only.
